Refund Policy
Start with 3 days free. Every 500 words you successfully dictate adds 1 day, up to 7 days total. You can try the Mac app before buying a one-time license. The seller named on your checkout receipt handles your payment and any refund. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
Purchases through Paddle
If your receipt names Paddle as the seller, review Paddle's Refund Policy for refund and withdrawal eligibility, including any applicable 14-day withdrawal right. Request a refund through Paddle buyer support or the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle processes the request and decides it under its policy and applicable law. You can also email hello@listenorb.com for help locating your order.
Purchases through Polar
If your receipt names Polar as the seller, email hello@listenorb.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will help review the request with Polar under the terms that applied to your purchase and applicable law.
Before you request a refund
If a license key, activation, or app feature is not working, contact hello@listenorb.com and we will help troubleshoot it. A support request is optional; it does not remove any refund or withdrawal right. OpenAI or xAI API usage is charged separately by your chosen provider and is not part of a Listen Orb license refund. See the Terms of Service for more about the license.
